The Moorabbin Safety Management Forum (MSMF) maintains a “risk register” of issues that have been brought to the attention of the forum.

Anyone is welcome to add an issue to the register either by contacting us or, preferably by adding the issue into the register. You may add photos, files or other information to the register. Click here to go to the login page of the register.

Risk owners are the people or organisations who are exposed to the risk.

Risk controllers are people or organisations that are able to take actions that will mitigate the risk.

If members of the MSMF are risk controllers then they would be asked to assist and collaborate to mitigate the risk.

If the risk controllers are not members of the MSMF then MSMF may write to the risk controller asking if they are aware of the risk and are prepared to take action to mitigate it. The mail will include the a report from the risk register containing the information provided by the person reporting the issue. We ask that people reporting an issue make a comprehensive report as the facilitators won’t be editing it.

MSMF members may follow progress on the risk register and through MSMF meetings.
